When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to ship your product within 1 to 5 working days of placing your order. We use Royal Mail signed for service which aims to get your product to you within 3 days of posting.

Can I get my product sooner?

Its always worth submitting a contact us form if you require your order within a certain amount of time, We can give you an idea of our current processing times.

What is your refund/ returns policy?

All sales are final, however if your product gets to you broken we are happy to issue a refund. Please contact us to discuss this.

Can I have my order packed on TIKTOK?

When buying mystery boxes there is a box for you to put your TikTok handle in, We aim to pack every Mystery box on TikTok, If you are ordering other products drop your handle into the notes section at check out and we will try to include your order in a video too! (we cannot guarantee any videos)

What if I don't like something from my mystery box?

When you place an order for your mystery box it is advised you use the sections provided to list any items you specifically do not want.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! we currently ship to USA (standard £24.99) and most places in Europe (standard £17.99) The prices of these are updated as the prices of postage rise so check before placing an order. International orders are sent tracked and signed for to ensure delivery of your items.

Can I collect my item in person?

We offer free collection on all of our statement pieces or larger orders. We are located in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. If this option is something you would like to enquire about please use our contact us form BEFORE purchase.
