Enhydros are bubbles of air, water and sand that were trapped inside the quartz as it was forming, millions (and billions) of years ago. 
 
This is a large bubble of water, Please look at the video to see the placement and movement of the enhydro, The black ring is to easily help you identify the area to look in and can be washed off with warm water.
